Every person carries an identity and a deposit of natural talent often hidden beneath the weight of life’s disappointments, traumas, and societal expectations. RINT is where those buried treasures are uncovered, nurtured, and refined.

The RINT Journey

Discovery

A reflective process of reconnecting with your original identity and voice.
This stage includes exploring:
• What naturally draws others to you
• Patterns in how you solve problems
• Your authentic values and personal voice
• The original design & purpose placed within you

Cultivation

Once identity is clarified, we support and refine it through:
• Mentorship alignment
• Emotional clarity and resilience
• Value-based etiquette and conduct
• Personalized growth templates and guidance
• Restoration of purpose through reflection and alignment

Apprenticeship Expression

Each person carries a unique solution. In this stage, you shape that into something others can experience.
You will begin forming:
• Frameworks for personal purpose
• Story-based mentorship processes
• Legacy tools and repeatable models
• Creative, non-instructional content and resources

Entry and onboarding

Before participating in the Mentorship Studio, all individuals must:

• Read and accept the values and intentions outlined by Jachin Global
• Understand that RINT does not offer educational or certified training
• Complete a guided onboarding process that begins with personal discovery
• Commit to the integrity of legacy-based mentorship

Apprenticeship models born through RINT

RINT has supported the creation of real-life frameworks shaped by personal journeys. Examples include:

DASDM: Leadership Model

A journey that guides leaders into self discovery, activation, structure, influence through others, and multiplication. It leads individuals to understand their leadership space, build values-driven systems, and transition from hidden problem-solvers to visible, intentional leaders.

RESDMA: Real Estate Stewardship Model

A practical and values-based approach to real estate that helps participants make wise decisions, avoid common traps, and build assets that serve generations.

RELATE: Emotional Intelligence and Service Model

A framework that teaches emotional insight, intentional engagement, and relational clarity, helping individuals lead with empathy, alignment, and transformative impact. Each model begins with identity and ends with legacy. These journeys are shaped, not taught.
